The store and the range are great, but unfortunately some employees are not. After reopening due to the corona-related closure, I was called that the rings that I had given for repair were now ready to be picked up. I was not told that there are currently limited opening hours. So I went there after work - and stood in front of the locked door. The next Saturday I went there again, and after 11:00 I was once again in front of a closed door (grille was in front of the door). It annoyed me that on the one hand the opening times are not very customer-friendly, and on the other hand it is not written that Saturday is not open. After I was finally able to get my rings today, I asked the very nice lady who served me if I could give you a suggestion to tell you about my Saturday experience and encourage me to write that extra. Then she explained to me that Saturday is still open. I might have accepted it that way if the second lady hadn't approached me from the side. At first she said that I only had to ring the bell (not possible with the grille door closed and also somehow meaningless), and then she said that I was wrong in time. If it hadn't been brought up as if the lady was definitely right, and I, the stupid customer, wasn't, I might even have given in. To err is human. But since the lady was only interested in being right, she behaved arrogantly towards me, so I left the business very angry. Incidentally, I had an appointment from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., so I couldn't have been too early. Unfortunately, but Thurzo has one customer less.
