Can only say positive things about the business. The advice was very nice and helpful. The lady and also the branch manager took her time and made a very positive impression, and she was also well informed on the technical level. I decided without hesitation and with the best of conscience for a watch and jewelry. Can only recommend it, will definitely come more often.

Just rude! While you are standing at the cash desk and paying, you make private calls on your cell phone. In addition, you are put under pressure and constantly called and it is talked to you on the phone so unfriendly and it is simply hung up! The store manager doesn't even greet you when you enter the store! In addition, a cheaper price for the engraving is promised in advance and after the execution you pay the normal price, which you would never have decided if this price had been said from the beginning! I would advise anyone against buying something there because there is nothing so outrageous and unfriendly in other jewelers !!
