The one star is actually too much. If there were minus stars, I would award them this time. The supposedly "unbureaucratic" approach robs you of your mind. In the same way you could try to get "the A38 pass". At 11:38, not even someone picks up the phone. If you reach someone in the early afternoon, it means "data protection no information" or "not responsible" or "colleague is at table". What's wrong ??? Is there a responsible person who can also make a decision ??? Is there a lack of staff training? Do you have to be unfriendly to work with the MA40?

The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and was able to give me information immediately.

Frechheit- und echt schlechtes service. Die lassen eine obdachlose Frau um ihr Geld betteln. Obwohl sie alle Dokumente abgegeben hat. Hätte sie nicht durch Zufall erfahren das zwei alte PVA- Bezugs Bestätigung fehlen- die sie dann auch gleich nach gereicht hat. Aber sie muss trotzdem 2wochen warten.Also soll ein obdachloser 8wochen ohne Geld leben. Wie kann das in Österreich sein.
