JUFA Hotel Wien City

Nice ambiance, super-friendly staff. The portions are quite large. The only negative would be that the tables could be cleaner. We cleaned our table and chairs using a cloth dipped in alcohol and they ended up all black.

An apartment building has been transformed into a hotel it seems. We had made a reservation only when we arrived at the hotel they didn't know anything about our arrival. It's all spacious and large. Parking in the parking garage costs 14 euros for 24 hours. Rooms are neat the floors are made of laminate and is damaged, making it look dirty. Also do not understand the 4 stars of this hotel. At least 3 but not 4 little old-fashioned furniture.

Clean place, friendly staff. Paid breakfast, street parking, or paid parking on premises €14. Nice clean rooms, spacious lobby.

The staff are incredibly lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, as expected. I guess it was just the atmosphere. I think the only reason why I didn't give it 5 was because we weren't allowed to use the AC because of the season. I understand it might be more energy efficient but that day it was incredibly hot and we were told to leave the window open (didn't help that much) because only the heater would operate since its Autumn. Consequently, my children got many mosquito bites.
