Terrible customer service, they refused to attend me because I was not able to speak in German, imaging yourself having a emergency and don't be able to get help because of a langue barrier.

Very friendly, competent staff in a friendly atmosphere. A small but very fine pharmacy AND dogs are allowed in as well. This is unique in Vienna.
