A few years ago we bought our thermal bath from the Klima company and had it installed NEW (value well over 10,000 EUR) I called again at the end of September 2020 because of an appointment regarding thermal service including exhaust gas measurement. The colleague on the phone was rather unfriendly and when clarifying the data she said right away, ok for the exhaust gas measurement the "major service will be due" - ok can she see the values ​​from the device now or set the high price right away mhhh =? I called at the end of September - you said "the next appointment would not be free until the end of December on December 16". I said I would clarify that and would get in touch and then she immediately worked under pressure "but then the appointment can be over and you will not get an appointment this year if we do not fix it immediately". So put under pressure, I think that's the last thing and unprofessional if you want to clarify the appointment for 5 minutes whether someone will be home in 3 months ... While we were happy with the reinstall, I cannot recommend the rest of the customer service Well, I got an appointment with another plumber company in 1 week for service - so please don't let yourself be put under pressure and with Google you can quickly find a competent replacement.

No matter if advice, on-time delivery, professional competence or interpersonal understanding, I have rarely seen such an unprofessional company. Be it the technician on site or the information on the phone, from friendliness and helpfulness lacked every trace. Even the relatively expensive price was not remotely in connection with the service offered. Maybe the corporate management should seek a rethink not to scare more customers!

Very competent, reasonable price-performance ratio. Explained and informed, I had it so far, yet experienced with any installer. I am very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend the company.

As such, I was satisfied with the company Klima, but: Simple information after a possible appointment takes 15 minutes. Weeks later, half an hour AFTER the agreed appointment: call that the fitter is sick. Aha. Sorry, for us not a 1A installer, so I don't need any more annual Christmas cards.
