I needed a new gas boiler and got several offers. Mr. Simon was the only one on site and looked at the conditions and only then made a very detailed cost estimate. It wasn't the cheapest provider, but I chose it anyway. And I did not regret it. Very competent, conscientious, punctual, took care of everything and his employee also worked perfectly. Very friendly. I would choose Simon again at any time.

We had Heiztechnik Simon install a completely new combination system (heating + hot water) in our 60-year-old condominium (chisel, create new water pipes, lay gas pipes ..) and are VERY SATISFIED with the performance. Our experience with Simon heating technology: In the middle of the dead of winter, the old boiler AND the thermal bath for hot water no longer wanted to work - with 2 children and 1 baby at home. That was of course an emergency and Heiztechnik Simon came to us practically immediately and made his diagnosis: A new system would make the most sense, but the old one could still be repaired, but a waste of money in the long term. Instead of maximizing profits with a new thermal bath + new heating system, Heiztechnik Simon recommended a combination device from Vaillant to us. So a system for hot water + heating from one device. Which came out much cheaper than 2 new devices. Thanks for that! I had rather worse experiences with the last installers, such as paying € 400 for diagnosis on the boiler + arrival + pouring water into the boiler. A joke, and by the way, they were fellows who wanted to screw me behind the back of their boss. With Heiztechnik Simon you don't have to worry about that. He has an interested nature and you can ask him questions without reacting negatively like many other craftsmen who you can't even look at the fingers without being glared at. D. In addition, the work was very punctual and very fast, the costs were all very transparent (to the power of 4 digits). No additional costs and you even get the 90 € back for the diagnosis! (if you book something, you get the 90 euros back) In addition, we were able to ask questions via WhatsApp, e.g. the new device made strange noises after 1 week and got an answer immediately. A little later (1-2 days) a Vaillant employee arrived and replaced the pump, a guarantee. That was the first guarantee in the craft sector, where I didn't have to fight for it. What we particularly liked about Heiztechnik Simon was, in addition to the quality of the service, the communication. I would like to emphasize that. Many other craftsmen are disinterested because they have a lot on their minds and just want to do their job. But also Heiztechnik Simon and still manages to be there for your questions with full presence. Sure, Heiztechnik Simon wasn't the cheapest supplier, but if you buy cheap, you pay twice. When it comes to things as important as heating and hot water, we never save again and I don't recommend it to anyone. In return, you get an all-round carefree package including transparency and communication. I will submit photos later.
