My daughter gave notice of her apartment in August and registered with the Wohnservice to transfer her apartment. Bad service from the residential service. Then we went to Arwag where a lady helped us to bring the apartment to the man as quickly as possible. The polite and very committed lady was called Mrs. Papai. Then I came looking for a place in the parking garage for my car. That was easy for her. Someone moved out and kept his parking space in the garage until the end of September, but with her call to the tenant I got the space today and paid the previous tenant the rest of the rent for it. Ms. Papai was very helpful and nice to us. We would like to thank you very much. Mfg Famile Antosch

I have been living in the 10th district at zur Spinnern / hardmundgasse for almost 3 years. The building is very beautiful and is looked after by a very courteous and helpful caretaker. We got the apartment from a very competent Mr. Tröscher. The service from Arwag is very courteous. When we rented the garage, we were offered an appointment within a very short time. Mr. Tröscher also handled that perfectly. I already have experience with buwog and, unlike them, the phone is always picked up at Arwag. So far, we have always been helped with any unclarities.

How many emails do you have to write to get an answer? The deficiency that I reported back in February is now being remedied, and that's only because it is dripping from the ceiling of the tenant? That can't be true. I am really disappointed with this cooperative! Edit: Unfortunately I cannot reply to your answer here again, but it is simply not correct. Not all deficiencies have been fixed. In February I reported to you that there was a water inlet under the balcony door. There was no reaction from ARWAG even after repeated urging. In the summer, a subcontractor contacted me and examined the damage. He wanted to report again, which never happened. Yesterday someone called me and told me that someone would come by for repairs on Saturday because water is entering through the ceiling of the tenant under me. Since I am not at home on Saturday, I am curious whether I will be contacted again as promised regarding an appointment in the next week. So much for all of the shortcomings to be fixed!
