Making an appointment for a condominium was a bit difficult because the wrong number was given in the listing and we had to be referred to the right person first. We then got an appointment. After no one was at the property 15 minutes after the meeting point, we called the real estate agent. He first told us that unfortunately it would not work out today because he was stuck in traffic outside of Vienna. After we explained to him that we had a long journey and that we were traveling with a baby and that we didn't just want to postpone the agreed appointment, he offered to show up in 30 minutes. Apparently there was no other solution. We cannot understand why he does not call us in advance and let us know in good time that he will no longer make it to the viewing. We have refused to wait for him indefinitely and will not arrange any more visits with this company.
It's a shame, we would have liked the property, but we don't want to support such a species. The first impression was very unprofessional for us. At least the manageress gave an apology afterwards.
