Outside the lockales, floor of pigeons for months does not pollute invitingly. Should change. Staff very friendly. Staff that is not serviced when customers are present. Teilwiese unfriendly, if someone ordered a coffee, the operation is quiet until the paper cup is ready. A sales education of the people is defacto not available. A total failure of the management, something subterranean me is rarely found
