Unfriendliest staff I have ever met. Mocking someone with disabilities. Really, screw these horrible people. Such utter trash like I've ever seen in my life. If you hate people so much, don't work in the service industry.
I was there Friday 20 March at 14:30 hrs. There were no other customers and the old lady serving very grufflly said i have to wait as she is doing her ‘kassa’. I waited patiently and for her to finish. No excuse or apology. Even after she finished she remained unfriendly: no thank you, no goodbye. Immediately she served she picked up her phone and started chatting with whoever. Anyone living in Vienna can tell you stories of unfriendly serving staff, but this one certainly gets 10 points for grumpiness and being unfriendly. I will do my best never to go there again if i can help it. Avoid the place!
