Big variety of products at a good price.
Elegant shop in the south of Vienna, in Voesendorf. Huge selection of fine clothes at discount prices.. Well staffed. Good parking. Enjoyable exp. Need special card for entry.
The worst service. First we waited 25 minutes for a sandwich (which we did not get) and then they tried to charge us for something we didn’t even eat. Second, the lady at the cash said we cannot buy anything because we do not have a physical member card. Only when another girl at the cash asked for our member status then they said we could make the purchase. I am a gold member and will think twice before buying ever again online or at the store. Very rude and unprofessional!
