Unfortunate level of service, really bad. Never called or sent message when promised, delivery took over 2 months overtime, first bill they sent was with a "late fee". The mattress itself is awesome, but you can probably find one somewhere without being hustled.

Very friendly staff and everything straightforward. The delivery worked perfectly. The only small minus: rather long delivery times, so allow enough time.

I ordered two bedside tables in the futon workshop. Delivery time according to the seller 2 months, he will report when they are ready for collection. Contrary to his claim, the sometimes rather unfriendly seller did not report once in 8 months !!! With three inquiries on my part, a call back was promised which never took place. Definitely not a recommendation on my part!
