am a little annoyed! When my father asked: Why a lounger without function costs 700 euros and a chair with a lot of technology and very functional only 350 € ... what is so special about this lounger? ... the answer came: look, you can buy a Porsche or a Fiat, both drive ..... then she just walked away and said to her colleague: I never have to do that to myself, discussions like that .. I can't stand that .... .. assuming I will would not have heard ... a shame ... lost customer ... would have been interested .. Obviously, Karasek doesn't need to take care of the customer ... End of the season, business was up, ... thank you ...

Have ordered a garden table with 6 armchairs. Delivery took longer than agreed. No reaction to mails. There were only a few details on the phone. Finally, the armchairs on the frame were a bit scratched off. We got them cheaper, otherwise we would have had to wait a few more weeks. Otherwise expensive, but good quality and very durable!

I bought a sauna area, I was given very friendly and competent advice. After a few weeks I can say that the furniture is top quality! Always my pleasure
