Welcome to Fantasteak
I have known the company for many years and am very enthusiastic about the goods themselves. The employees are always ready and even if there should be a problem they will be repaired, exchanged or another solution found. Many forget that teak is an absolutely natural product that lives and has its own peculiarities, but that is exactly what characterizes solid wood furniture, the company FantasTeak lives this special wood with passion and the best customer experience as it should be.
Only shop at this store if you are a lawyer or someone in the household is a lawyer. The alternative is a passion for consumer protection. Why? Because in the event of a complaint, you have to wait 6 months to make an appointment to collect the goods, and only after several calls and contacting the consumer protection authority. Then you'll have to wait over a month to make repairs. By the way, and after a month of waiting, it has not yet been repaired and restored.
I ordered an indoor table (with epoxy) from you on August 2nd, 2020. It was delivered a week late but it's still very nice. I thank you for the good service and advice.
We bought our dining table from FantasTeak in Vösendorf and were very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything very straightforward. We mistakenly ordered the table too large and the change to a different size afterwards was not a problem at all, even though we ordered the table extra to our size. Product quality is top. Have now also ordered our garden furniture there and are already looking forward to it. Thanks to the team for everything. We can only recommend FantasTeak.
