Excellent gym! Professionally and in a balanced way built up training plan, whether it is fitness boxing or technique classes. Experienced coaches, paying attention equally to both newcomers and advanced guys. Relaxed atmosphere, although tough workouts. Nevertheless, everyone can find his own zone of comfort with the intensity of exercises.
They don't give any orientation or direction for the first time. I told them some particular condition I have, the trainer looked at me and said follow everyone... Expensive and indifferent.
