The worst hairdresser visit of my life. I wanted a simple straight cut as always. Instead, I got a much too short bob including undercut I did not want. The owner chats, talks on the phone, leaves the store while she is supposed to do her job. My scalp has burned twice during blow-drying because you rather distribute Bussis to friends instead of using the hair dryer properly. I have to walk around for at least 2 months with this ugly hairstyle until I can judge her with a real hairdresser.
