Went there in hope to just get a haircut for 25€ - I ended up paying for a service of €60. The blow drying bit costs more than the actual haircut. The only way you can save, if you have long hair, is to leave with wet hair. I had a appointment with Peter a year ago and my hair turned out great. I loved it! This time I had a woman called Anita - she did not take the time or effort to blow dry my hair nicely (despite this servicing costing more than the haircut). My baby hair was coming out all over the place - which shows she put 0 effort in it. I won’t be coming back here. For this price I expect more.

Wanted to buy a hair care product, as has often been the case, was ignored by the employee, she certainly saw me. So I keep waiting until she finds the time. An elderly lady came in after me, it was clear that I was there first. The hairdresser sees the older lady and comes over right away, looks at the lady and says: "Please, what are you getting?" I said that obviously I was there first. The elderly lady and the hairdresser both looked at me and then the hairdresser said: "Come with me, you can take it off". Then I was left standing. As always, the staff there cannot be surpassed in arrogance and arrogance, not to mention professional competence.

I've been a customer of yours for a long time and can definitely recommend your salon, but what definitely convinced me is the professionalism and service from Thomas! Was with him again today and am really completely satisfied. Right from the start, only a short exchange of words was enough so that he immediately knows what I want and has a good eye for which look suits me, no mock friendliness and he really deals with me as a customer. Thomas or your salon has definitely won one more regular customer!
