The boss personally got an idea of the order on site, but did not pass on his findings to the craftsmen performing the work -> the craftsmen did not have all the tools with them that they would have needed and then had to get them first.
The craftsmen themselves did a really good and conscientious job - they got 5 stars from me.

According to the branch manager, an offer could not be calculated, but for typical work that every other competing company also offers. This is called "everything under one roof?" very questionable !?
