I'm disappointed. My husband bought glasses here less than a year ago. The frame was unfortunately broken. Due to the Corona time, because we fall into the risk group, we did not go into business ourselves, but sent one of our children (25 years old) with glasses and a bill. The shop has ordered a new frame and replaced it properly, but also charged. I then called and asked if it was not within the warranty period. The shop assistant then explained to me that this was true, but that we hadn't asked for it beforehand and that it was now too late. No matter whether we were entitled to a guarantee or not, I would have expected that we, our daughter, would be informed. That's why I go to a local shop so that I can get exactly this advice. And independently as a company service. The information, if we did not ask, we were unlucky, I would have probably received in online trade. The company cannot do anything afterwards, even bad luck. Too bad. Reply to answer from Optikzentrum: My daughter had the original invoice with her so that her employees could check it out. Nor did she order a new version. She asked if you could fix the glasses, maybe glue them, and got the answer that there was nothing to be done and that you had to order a new frame. I am not interested in a voucher, I would have expected the appropriate advice. And a little friendlier handling during the call. I have now heard on the phone that we might have had a warranty claim but had not asked for it and are therefore to blame for it. In their answer they say that too, I accept that. Due to the "Corona period" it was unfortunately not possible for us to bring the glasses into the shop. My daughter admittedly doesn't have that much experience with such things. For this very reason, we erroneously assumed that it was not her who would need to know what she was doing, but that her employees would use the calculation to recognize what the status was and would inform them about it. But that was not the case. Interesting information for me as a customer. Thank you for your reply

I just wanted to have the battery of my watch changed and then I got the watch broken. It wasn't closed properly either. Am very disappointed.
