Billa

Good! not as crowded as other Billa.

Although the Billa Markt itself cannot help it and the other employees, e.g. with the fruit and the shelves, were very friendly and helpful, I had a very bad experience there with the lady at the cash register, a Ms. Straub according to the cash register. . I had four 25% stickers available and had stuck one of them on frozen goods that were "permanently discounted". Apparently a deadly sin. I was not made aware of this at the checkout. When I was packing at the packing table, I noticed that only three stickers had been pulled off. So I went to the cashier and asked in a friendly manner whether a pimple might have fallen from the wet frozen goods, but the lady said annoyed: "No, I threw that away !!!" I was perplexed and asked why. She was immediately on 180 and said everyone should know by now that the badge does not apply to permanent low prices and she is not here to constantly instruct people and to discuss with them. (I only asked one question.) . The lady seems to me to be ready for a vacation and takes her frustration out on customers. I said to her cynically that I would attend a course so that I wouldn't make any more mistakes. I think as a customer it can happen that something is stuck on incorrectly, and should still not be treated that way. She then showed me which goods it was on the receipt, but very loudly, with great arrogance and impatience and gesticulating wildly, so that everyone looked. Very uncomfortable. When I was back at the packing table, she spoke out loud to the customers who came afterwards about what she was doing with some customers and it was almost unbearable. Customers who just don't read the fine print, etc. - Even though I was still in the market and could hear everything and the customers could see me. That was a real bullying for me because she had made me a fool in front of the two or three next customers. (And that on my birthday! I bought a very delicious Clever-Sachertorte and remembered that the stickers on Clever products don't apply. So I can't be that stupid, can I? ;-) I actually live across from Eurospar (Vienna 10 favoritenstr. 185) shop there almost every day, and when something like this happened to me there, the cashier asked very fondly: "But this pimple doesn't apply here - would you like to stick it somewhere else?" I was delighted with the info, put it on another article, and that was it. Without discussion and everyone was happy. That's how it works, dear Ms. Straub.

Very nice staff at the delicatessen and in the entire branch, always a smile and a big thank you and goodbye at the cash desk
