Belongs to Verwöhnhotel Kristall in about 100 meters distance. With private parking without elevator but new rooms and very quiet.

The positives were the nice, polite staff and the food was also very good and lovingly prepared. But the Pertisaurhof was a very dirty, unkempt and expensive place to stay !!!!!! -very outdated furniture -very dirty room and superficially cleaned -Towels partially torn completely -Every day nocturnal disturbance of loud moans and laughter - We had to wait a long time for warm water -Sink barely drained -Used slippers from the previous guest under the bed also a lot of dirt - Night box completely packed with plastic garbage -poor to no lighting in the entrance area to the rooms -Hotel boss condescending to us as guests -Everyone can go in and out of the Pertisauerhof uncontrolled, as the doors are open to everyone at night - Curtains totally dirty with large stains 2nd class bath towels for Pertisauerhof guests, thus visible to everyone -Loungers and seats reserved all day in the relaxation room by guests despite the ban, but this will not be controlled (also after notification to the staff), thus ineffective ban -Dirty bedclothes with easily visible makeup stains from the previous guest -A lack of lighting in the emergency exits Even if the Pertisauerhof was described as a simpler accommodation which is also cheaper, does this in no way justify the price of € 75 p.p.! We only moved to the courtyard because the hotel was booked out, you could also have said that we are only tolerated in the Hotel Kristall with its wellness area and we are lucky to be able to use all of this, that's how we felt the whole time. Of course, this is not an atmosphere for a relaxing weekend of wellbeing! It's a shame and sad at the same time.
