Every 3-4 weeks I treat myself to a manicure + pedicure with Shellac. With Janna, the Shellac is bombproof. Competent advice, a clean studio, great work - I am very satisfied and can recommend Janna without hesitation. The reviews at Treatwell speak for themselves;)

I don't want to question the performance, but the professionalism: The owner tries to move the date 1.5 forward the evening before, and they agree on two hours after the actual appointment. An hour before this is canceled, she suddenly has to go to the dentist on Saturday afternoon. Of course, something can always come up, but the approach was more than questionable. Better to book only if you have plenty of time to address the needs of the owner.

Professional support, expertise and very friendly approach to customers and their needs. I have already been to Janna's three times and can only recommend her. Had to postpone appointments because I planned them incorrectly, but no problem for Janna and she didn't turn me down as a result. And kept her flexibility and friendliness thank you
