I have been a regular customer for some years and have been a satisfied customer of Ms. Kerstin. Unfortunately she no longer works there. The new pedicurist I was given was not as thorough and I was charged 14 Euro more than what I have been paying. The increase in price came as a surprise and did not correspond to the quality of the service. The Brazilian waxing I received was not bad but I wanted a Landing Strip which I expressed clearly. The technician nevertheless proceeded to do a complete Brazilian wax. I'm afraid the service is no longer what it was in the past.

You can tell that the working atmosphere at Topsi is right! The colleagues keep reviling and therefore ensure a good mood and pleasant atmosphere! You are served very warmly and the cosmetics at Ms. Katrin were sensational ... she works with a lot of love and feeling! Warm neck compresses and in winter there is a kidney heating pad ... very comfortable! In other cosmetic salons it often happened that you were left alone for a long time! Ms. Katrin takes care of you until the end with a lot of sensitivity ... The business is very nice and bright! I will definitely be back!

Dear management! For more than 10 years I have been a customer in Gersthoferstraße 8 1180 Wien with pedicure. Unfortunately, her longtime podiatrist Ms. Kerstin has not been with us since the beginning of November and has always been with me for more than 10 years. Had an appointment on 21.11.2019 and got a new podiatrist named Anna divided !! I do not know who divided these ladies for foot care, they can not be the subject. - Normally, one foot stays in the bath when the other is treated, not with this lady so that the other one is almost dried out before being treated - The removal of old skin was extremely questionable because nothing was scraped away - Even the problem areas left the treatment to be desired - The treatment of the nails after the cutting took place only with a file instead of as before with a sanding and polishing It is a pity that such a performance, the customers bewildered and in the future considering their services to complete.
