So it's extremely suspect. When my wife, who had been a customer for a year and a half, complained to the boss today that the last time the nails had not been filed properly and the gel was bumpy or crooked, the good lady immediately sent her a text message !!!! all appointments by January 2021 that she already had. Apparently that was insulting majesty. Such behavior is not understandable. Since the financial loss through Covid-19 should not have been very great, if you can afford to literally throw out regular customers. With a bit of criticism everyone should be able to handle it !!!!
