Just wanted to have the tips cut. Without washing hair. The hairdresser could hardly speak German, cut my hair crookedly and said she had to wash my hair, otherwise she couldn't cut it. I did not want this but with the sprayer I agreed that they moisten the tips. I noticed that she cut wrong and I told her that. no, that's what she said. The lady calculated me haircut + shampooing and any hair products that she never put in my hair. She didn't want to scan my payback card and billed me over 100 € No, I never go there again, unfriendly and miscalculated just so that they take in more! Then she got upset because I didn't tip on the top. I cannot recommend this dm hairdresser at all. The branch itself is nice and large and the shelves are quite full.
