Heiner Hernals, on Hernalser Hauptstraße: formerly known as Konditorei Klement, nice suburban coffee house with a pleasant atmosphere. Large selection of traditional Viennese pastries, friendly waitresses. The cakes are delivered frozen, quick special requests such as lettering on cakes are no longer possible.

Questionable January 24th, 2021: The customer in front of us with a woolen scarf over his mouth and sometimes his nose as "mouth / nose protection". Addressed to both the customer and the saleswoman, stupid response from the customer and a shrug from the saleswoman. For hygienic reasons, I have not bought anything and I will not buy it anymore.

The saleswomen are particularly nice and customer-oriented, excellent pies, cakes and "marzipan fruits"
