Very nice place, although I didn't feel like there was easy access to waiters. We had to wait quite a while for the bill, but the drinks were served rather quickly. Over all very good, maybe the waiters could check on you once...

The food and products are adorable and really appeal to those that kind pink but the service is absolutely horrible. I didn't know that a waitress would scoff when I tried to order something that was on the menu but had to be purchased separately at the counter. One cup of coffee took 15 minutes. As I was leaving and making my way out, the same woman decided it would be a good idea to shove Mr to the side to get past me. I was helping my mum who has trouble walking get past a step. Terrible. Coffee looked great. McCafe tastes better.

Quality of the food was great - hygiene unfortunately flop In advance; the quality of the food or the drinks is top & beyond any doubt. My criticism and the deduction of 3 stars is aimed exclusively at the hygiene, which was inadequate during today's visit to the branch rated. After the order was taken, the lady had first collected the amount. Since I had ordered coffee-to-go, the lady took out a huge plastic sack with the paper cups. Then the lady reached, without washing or disinfecting her hands, on the inside and on the edge of the paper cups and took them out. Same with the issue of the plastic lids. The hygiene chain could easily have been adhered to by using gloves or pliers. Since I was in a hurry, I accepted this circumstance, which I was annoyed about afterwards. Hygienic work, especially in the area of ​​food, should not only be a matter of course in these times. Due to the sustained quality of the food and drinks there are two stars.
