I have been a customer in this branch for 5 years, in the past totally normal and helpful (I don't want a big grin and a rolled out carpet), for some time new faces and extremely negative, I don't know whether it's because of the tour or because of the People themselves who work there. As I said, I don't have to be in a good mood for me, I don't even have to say hello. But the staff is sometimes really bad and seems greedy. Even a bad way to talk to each other. Something is totally wrong there Pity!

The branch itself is very large and well equipped, the saleswoman Ms. Je *** a is totally unfriendly, cheeky and mean to the customers. I wanted to know the price for an article that was -50% on sale because of a small damage, and she was very annoyed because I asked her to tell me. She said to me: But now I have to let it go through the cash desk !!!! What is that for an answer please ??? She then said 17.79 € and I kept looking around what I wanted to buy. I noticed that the price was written on the shelf € 16.95 and showed her that. My intention was only to show her the error so that you know, or check other items if everything is correct. I don't care if I pay the item € 0.50 more or less !!! Your answer was a shock to me !!!! She said to me: I only know what is in the cash register and I will certainly not pay it from my own wages! I will never buy anything in the Bipa again! I've also applied many times, but I've never been invited to an interview. How did this lady get the job with such behavior ??? We all know the answer: contacts !!! Just awful. All information can be read from the enclosed cash receipt. Well done Bipa !!!
