The prices are quite affordable compared to other furniture stores. The staff are nice.

People at the cashier were great and very helpful, however sales people (chairs) did pitch us the totally wrong information - stating wrong pick up location and times, and didn't find it necessary to mention that they could order the missing chairs to this location and instead suggested to wait 5 weeks and drive 30 min for pick up. Luckily the cashier people noticed the mistakes!

Pick up service very disappointing and customer unfriendly. Communucated pick up times are workdays 9-16h, but they refuse to serve you already at 15.45. I engaged external support for picking up the stuff as I am pregnant, now I have to do the whole effort again because mr. Simonic turned off his computer and wanted to leave earlier. I am honestly not interested in their internal closing procedures and when they switch off their equipment but that I, as a customer, am served within defined working hours! So they should either officially change opening hours, or instruct their employees to work accurately. Also How-to-talk-to-customers course would be extremely useful.
