Very bad experience. Not recommended for new customers. The place looks nice and clean. But the hairdresser just did what he wanted, not what I wanted. He changed and destroyed the style I had been working on for months. Msybe they are good artists. But I wouldn't consider them as good hairdressers at all. The service is not customer-oriented, but just hairdresser-oriented. Like a hair lab or something. The typical thing you do with students and trainees. They also treated my hair as if it was made of steel. But it hurts, you know? If you like gentle hairdressers, please don't come here. I left the place only thinking about getting home and washing my hair again, to see what I could do with what was left of it. After I finally did, I could breathe a bit. But still, I have to live with a hair I don't like for now. I will grow my hair again and try to find a hairdresser who styles it my way, not his way. I specifically write this review in English to inform non-German speakers that this is definitely not your place. Consider it as a local establishment for usual customers nearby only. Not for new customers. English is very poorly spoken here.

It was my first visit today and I was advised and cut by Gabriele. I finally feel that I am in good hands with my curls and that I have been advised - the result is great! You can tell that the work is extremely professional and the entire team seems very harmonious and personable so that it was an all-round pleasant visit to the hairdresser :-) I will definitely come back!

... I was served professionally ... I was more than unhappy with my hairstyle after the long lockdown. But the 2 hours with Gerald pepped me up again. No joke!!. His professional advice and speedy work were amazing! I am very excited. And the most important thing is: I feel smart and fresh again😉 So if you are looking for a professional, then reserve an appointment with Gerald !!. It is worth it! My husband was also very satisfied with the quick cut😎

In times like these, I feel good when I find a way to relax for a while. Whenever I'm into hairdressing, I can do it 100%. As soon as you enter, you can tell that the safety and protection of customers have top priority. I will be given the time and attention that I want and deserve. You can feel the love and devotion with which everyone goes about their work here. I think that is also the reason why the result is just perfect with every single visit. I am already looking forward to my next break here and recommend everyone to put their hair in the tried and tested hands of the men and women in the hairdressing division. Keep it up! Very friendly atmosphere and team! The employees take enough time to talk to the customer and respond precisely to wishes and needs. Advice on the right cut was great. You have the feeling that there is a lot of love for the craft. Highly recommended.
