I urgently needed paint and ordered it over the phone. I have been told it will be made available for collection. When I got there, nobody knew anything about it. The product was also not otherwise available. No alternatives were offered. Colleagues who had placed the order were not contacted - even the attempt was not made. Delivery was not offered. I should try again the next day. My entire concern was not taken seriously.

Coincidentally had an encounter with a young employee today. I noticed because he apparently invited a customer's purchases into the car parked around the corner. That's just real old Viennese customer service Hopefully something like this will never die out with A ... zon & Co. All the best

Good friendly staff, the advice fits. Many products in stock. The color mixing center is also good and fast. The quality of the products is in the upper range, as are the prices. Still ok!
