Unfortunately, my engagement ring cracked during the repair and the Briliant was destroyed. I only found out after 3 months and repeated inquiries. The repair will still be charged! Unfortunately not a customer-friendly company and the goldsmith is overwhelmed with simple repair work!

Today we were in the Währingerstrasse 105, 1180 Vienna branch and were looked after by an extremely competent and very friendly specialist for our wedding rings. The lady immediately met our taste and so we found our rings in no time. I can only recommend the jeweler with this great advice. thank you very much
