Dear owner of the Marienapotheke, I hope that you are aware that as a pharmacy, especially in times like these, you should bear a certain responsibility, especially in ethical terms, because I do not know of any ethical clues (neither from the Chamber of Pharmacists nor from in the study of pharmacy or medicine) which place economic or subjective selection criteria above the general welfare of the population. This is exactly what you do by attaching self-tests to you free of charge (which the population finances through certain taxes and duties) during further distribution to rules that are linked to your personal profit-oriented behavior in further respects. This behavior is in no way defensible and scandalous!

When I was still living in the 16th I always tried to avoid Mag. Sigrid Schimpl (Sigrid Schütz) and the PKA Sandra. Schimpl was often very moody. During my last visit, for example, she spoke loudly, almost yelled at a customer who wanted to get information normally. Totally disgusted and beside herself was the good one! I had the feeling that she was about to give the gentleman one. When it was my turn and said "hello", later said "thank you" and "goodbye", there was no answer. One of the pharmacy colleagues (obviously not an organic Austrian) was often ridiculed and harassed by Schimpl. I was able to experience your aggression again and again during my visits. PKA Sandra was often impatient and impolite with customers who were not fluent in German. My parents speak Spanish and reasonably good German. It's not fluent, but they get along quite well if you explain something to them calmly and clearly. They were greeted by PKA Sandra, often rolling eyes and sighing. For Sandra's Croatian compatriots, however, there was always full understanding for the lack of knowledge of German, including a medication briefing in Croatian of course. Edit: @owner, I'm at the right place with my review. Perhaps Ms. Schütz has changed in the meantime, but does not change anything about the fact that it happened in THIS Apo and does not change anything about the general climate in the Apo.

I was there recently for the first time and the customer service really impressed me! The pharmacist who served me was extremely friendly, competent, patient and helpful! Sah She saw that I had a list of medications (contained prescription and over-the-counter medicines) and politely offered to "work through" them for me! Furthermore, she patiently explained to me what is good for what and what is good for my needs. Please keep it up! Would love to come back! 🙂
