Good big pharmacy. The staff is friendly and competent. Never had any issues here and if a certain product is not available, they can order it and you get it the same day. The waiting ticket system needs some adjustment at first, but they have a sitting area for those waiting or you can walk around instead of the regular dumb line standing.

We have often had negative experiences so far and will avoid this pharmacy in the future. Some examples: When we bought the FMSE vaccine, we were not made aware of the cost subsidy from the health insurance company. When asked for the cheapest ibuprofen preparation, a particularly expensive one has already been sold several times. Unfortunately, you often only notice this after leaving the pharmacy, especially if you have bought more medication anyway. When we asked about the MMRV vaccine last year, the employee said she didn't know it, but we could take this quadruple vaccine, which would be bought frequently. I.e. Instead of a vaccine against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella, the booster vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, polio and whooping cough was suggested to us. There were still a few smaller, unpleasant situations, such as poor or lack of clarification or advice, customers were not made aware of compliance with the mask requirement (especially in a pharmacy, I find that little responsible) etc.pp.

Great service from the numberer to the cash desk with credit card. The "icing on the cake" was the possibility of reserving the flu vaccine by telephone with a call back when it arrived! And of course the "annual invoice" for the tax office including a credit for regular customers.
