We have asked the company Bartu to inspect and replace our shower drain channel after damage. Unfortunately, the damage was quite extensive and led to the fact that we had to have the entire substructure pruned to the screed to completely renew the underlying and partially moldy parts (including Rigipswand). In addition to the clean working method and the costs, I would like to emphasize the support with the insurance.
