Our house has been managed by the Baum property management company for many years, we are very satisfied. The team is polite, solution-oriented and always tries hard. We have direct contacts and receive information promptly, etc. I can highly recommend this property management company.

For many years, the property management is the good spirit of the house. Reliability is a top priority and communication is also at the highest level. There are also professionals in the team, which is why technical problems, promptly and sustainably resolved. I can only recommend Hausverwaltung Baum to anyone looking for a loyal partner for a long-term home care.

Is BAUM property management still a service company? The BAUM property management company hardly reacts at all to concerns and inquiries from apartment owners: 1. Both the request (08/27/2020) for appointments for a house inspection and appointment proposals were not responded to. The last house inspection was on June 4th, 2019. 2. The request (08.09.2020) to have the necessary keys made for the residential complex remained unanswered. 3. The request (08/27/2020) to check the energy supply costs for gas was not answered. 4. The request (04.06.2019) of some house residents to install handrails in the stairwells for safety reasons was not answered. 5. The costs incurred by a cleaning company for the WEG during the long absence of the caretaker were not answered. When awarding the contract, a cost proposal was only obtained upon request. The request was sent to the property management on August 12, 2020. 6. The reason for the payment of € 5264 for heating cost management in 2019 to the caretaker is still pending, as there is no service behind it. A company is responsible for the heating supervision. The request was made on 07/20/2020. 7. The request (07/20/2020) about a photovoltaic system on the flat roof for planning, costs, subsidies was not answered. 8. The majority decision (house meeting on April 1st, 2019) to advance the planning of the stairlifts was not carried out except for a cost proposal from August 16th, 2020 and only upon request. 9. The property management BAUM did not open until October 9th. In 2020, the WEG will notify the WEG that four garage spaces are free. Two garage spaces have been free since the last house meeting on April 1st, 2019, which means that WEG lost revenue.
