Sehr liebe Mitarbeiter und sogar im Streß sind alle super-freundlich.... weiter so!
15 customers in line, only 1 cash desk open around 6.30 p.m. and 2 employees chat in the drinks department. When I pointed out to the Gizem employee that a second cash desk was needed, she simply ignored me and then she had to go to the cash desk. I was neither greeted nor a goodbye after payment. Instead, the bill and the remaining money were more or less torn in my direction. I'm usually always happy with the service, but customer service diminishes 👎👎 and with such an unfriendly employee, a customer doesn't come a second time.
