Very good place, helping l lot

Wow! Let's start with that. I hadn't even come in to the office and yet my phone experience was horrifying!! I thought I had called a professional office and a woman answered the phone laughing and didn't even address me or state the office name, after I kept saying, "Hello? Hello?, is this the office of Dr. Fellenz?" she simply said "Hello?" I asked several times if this was the office of Dr. Fellenz and she kept saying into the phone, "Do you want to come in monday?" !!? What??! It took me several times asking If I was calling the right place to Finally get a "yes". After asking if a consultation to discuss Botox was free like every other facility in Vienna, she kept saying "60 Euros and would you like to come in Monday?" I said no, i would not like to pay to simply discuss Botox and hope this Dr. & I are on the same page. She kept talking over me and I had to ask 3 times if she would please let me talk to ask a question. She finally said sorry and let me speak. She must have been either a crazy person or talking with someone else next to her the entire phone call because it didn't make any sense what she was saying, when kept talking over me and saying "Tuesday Yes, Ok, uh huh, ..." and on and on! But it was in english which leads me to believe she was addressing me..this was someone you should NOT have answering your phones nor having as the voice and character behind your so called professional practice, simply horrifying. And when I said, "I'm sorry, this is a very strange conversation and it doesn't seem like a very professional place," she started laughing!! I don't know if I would trust a place that is OK with having staff like that representing them.

Super doctor! Good consultation. Takes plenty of time for the patient. Very recommendable.
