I don't understand a single good rating. I have never been as depressed after visiting a hairdresser in my life as I was yesterday. I had dyed blonde hair and wanted a change. I wanted highlights in light pink. I showed the hairdresser a photo of what I wanted her to be and asked her if this was possible. She said: yes, of course. My hair is now dark gray (not even close to light pink) with a dark purple tinge. And for that I was allowed to pay 109 euros .. for being completely down afterwards. I add photos of how I actually wanted them and how they became. I will NEVER visit this branch again.

Friendly, quick, competent service. Comfortable to wash your hair. Coffee or water is offered. Men's service € 23. Unfortunately only 1 store in Vienna. Attention: the branch in Simmering is still listed on the internet. Is not available anymore!

This is the 4th time I've been here and I feel in good hands and looked after. I prefer to go to Bianca. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm very happy with the cut and bleaching again. People here are familiar with colors. The first time I went in with black hair and back out with copper-red hair, just as I wanted and without my hair in the bucket. When I got fed up with that, I went to a visit from copper red blonde. A nice cool blonde without a yellow tinge and again without my hair in the bucket. I have the feeling that the ladies here know how much the hair can be trusted without it being completely damaged. I look forward to my next visit.
