It's unbelievable how customer-friendly this company is. We didn't have the right screws and spacers for a TV wall bracket and so we went to the Fleischmann company to buy a new wall bracket. An incredibly friendly employee then gave us a whole set of screws and spacers. When we asked what it cost, he only said that he would give it to us (!). We have never experienced anything like this before. We were deeply touched that something like this would still happen to you in the "greed is cool" age. So in the future, dear people, don't walk into the distance, but buy from Red Zac Fleischmann. Thank you again and good luck!
