I have been going to this jeweller for years - for watch repairs, jewellery alterations, purchases - and even though I have moved to another district, it is my favourite - competent, friendly, fair prices. Highly recommended.
I bought a leather bracelet for my watch for € 40 +. In a few months the thin layer of leather was gone and a rubber bracelet was revealed. When I made a complaint, I was told that it was leather too, just another one. - Don't know if I should laugh or cry now.
Rarely have I felt so well advised. I had my wife's and my wife's watch there for service - both came back like new and we were really surprised how cheap the service was. Conclusion: Finest Viennese watchmaker quality, great advice and priced top!
Not unfriendly, but longer waiting times
Friendly, professional, made work was agreed price, .der m.E. also a fair price was, performed. Despite the fact that my watch was not a high-priced brand I was kindly treated and advised. Will be happy to go back.
