A beautiful old white, flat-woven Berber carpet runner made of wool came completely matted and deformed and with LOTS! washed-in black dog hair "cleaned" back ... we have no dogs! ...
My washing machine with dog blanket and 60 ° C with a spin cycle would have managed that too ... I deeply regret leaving the carpet there to the "professional cleaning"!

A few years ago a friend got a satin ball gown with an iron print on the V-neck sash "clean".
very unfriendly employees (including the boss) ... "can't unpack it faster, we'll lock it in 10 minutes" ... several items of clothing are damaged - everything is denied to the utmost and the customer is blamed! Was a customer for a few years, but never enough now
In this cleaning shop, I have lost 6 or 7 items of laundry in a period of 20 years, e.g. colored side curtain parts (cleaned too hot), a very nice khaki pants suit (has lost its original color after cleaning), a nice gray one Pants, was then white. I absolutely cannot recommend this cleaning service to anyone. A horror, all my things have been destroyed! The best cleaning shop for me is the one in the 6th district, Sylvia cleaning shop in Capistrangasse. You can clean everything perfectly without damaging anything. It is really worth it to me to make my way to the 6th district. Everything is cleaned perfectly there. Everything like new!
