Complete mess when testing. If you only want medication you have to stand in line with the others who want to be tested. Employees ALL do not wear a mask when they chat with their colleagues. Very unprofessional!

Early in the morning for the corona test no one except me in the pharmacy, unfriendly asked to wait fifteen minutes in front of the pharmacy for the test result when the temperature is below zero! Doesn't work at all, it's not my first test and that's just there. Pity!

Otherwise always very friendly and competent. This morning at the Covid test but very unfriendly. Feels like apologizing for daring to come test. It is clear that the employees did not ask to carry out this task. But then leaving that out on the customer is not an option.
