Coffee and sweet pastries are good. Not as pricey as other bakeries in Vienna. Friendly woman behind the counter. There is a small seating area to get a quick coffee and sugar infusion :-)

I just ate the most dry and hard chocolate muffin ever in my life! It tasted old and so awful that I had to split out right away... This is not okay!

Positive thing about Geier is that they're open when almost all other Bäckerei are closed (like today on Assumption Day). The coffee was okay+ (not as intensive and creamy as Ströck though) but the Mürbeskipferl was completely dry, and made brösels everywhere after the first bite. Open on holidays means that you shouldn't expect freshly baked bread and pastries. Not a great bang for your bucks considering the price you pay for the quality you get.
