The prices were fair and the personel is nice. Food is good and they have nice coffees. I don't get the negative comments about this place. It's a good little restaurant/cafe

Awful service. The waiters are rude, it’s like they don’t want to be there. It took them 20 mins just to get my order, they warmed up the croissant in the microwave and I told them it became saggy, to which they warm up it the over and brought a saggy and burnt croissant 🥵

I don't get the negative comments about the price because everybody in Vienna knows that Oberlaa cakes and coffee have a price. The quality is decent and always in a high level like in every coffeehouse of the Oberlaa chain. The staff sometimes does seem a bit unmotivated and not in the mood to serve.

Ate really really good cakes and hot chocolate in this cozy place. It's really enjoyable and not really crowded. It's a bit on the expensive side though, but I think it's worth trying!

Oberlaa is a patisserie chain serving traditional cakes and coffee. Quality is between the best you can find in Vienna. It is also possible to order custom-made cakes for special occasions.
