For a € 185 pair of trousers that tore at 3 seams after being sewn 4 times, you can offer a € 20 voucher! A phone call to the responsible central office for a further consultation is not even picked up! With a lot of effort I got to the boss by phone, but the maximum she offered was € 40.- In the meantime I have received 2 reports from substance experts - it is clearly a brittle substance. Very remarkable that they couldn't meet me, "because you couldn't send these pants back to anyone ..."
