I have some shirts worn in the cleaning to wash and above all to iron ("shirt service"). Since I discovered countless broken buttons ("jumped") after cleaning, I have addressed the cleaning on it - answer was: this happens more often, because the shirts are "pressed" - that's just like that ..
"Something" is before me - and then never happened again (at some other companies), which is why I can not recommend this cleaning.
I've been waiting for my trousers for two weeks now. When I handed them over with red wine splashes, I was assured that they were not a problem, they went out. A week ago I wanted to pick up the pants and checked them in the shop and the splashes were still on it. I contacted the boss on the same day, who tried again that this could only be a mistake and she would take care of it personally and she would call me back. After another week I went to the shop and the pants are still not cleaned !!!! I find it cheeky how to treat customers here! Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars.
Have my evening dress cleaned there. I was assured that the dress would be ready a week later. On the pick-up date, however, I was put off for a few days and at first they didn't find my evening dress at all. At the third appointment it was still not finished (it still had to be ironed). Without any excuse, I was told again to come back in three days. Poor customer service and absolutely no reliability .. too bad!
