Unfortunately no reply to emails after 10 days and the order tracking number they provided only shows "The sender has provided electronic shipment information", but no movement at all since 13 days now!

Fast delivery, so far everything is good. However, most of my order could not be delivered and there was no response, because then I would have canceled the rest. Now I have paid shipping costs of 6.45 € for a product worth 3.57 €. When I asked about it, there wasn't even a response. Not very customer friendly.

Delivery relatively fast, delivery unfortunately incomplete without further information from the shop for the time being. The difference was refunded 2 days later and contact was made, so we tried very hard. Do not find delays so bad, but would like to be informed, therefore a star deduction.
