Had my first apartment with Vivoreal and Wabitsch. Can't agree with the bad reviews and can assure you that you won't have a child from a Wabitsch apartment;)

I also don't understand who rated Wabtisch real estate positively here. 0 Customer-oriented, hardly reachable and also not helpful. I can only recommend every tenant to check that they are not charging too much for the apartment. After a lawsuit, my rent was reduced by ~ € 200 / month

We had very bad experiences with Wabitsch with our flat share. Communication was very difficult and very difficult to reach in case of problems. Problems in the house (leaky, moldy windows, extractor hood) were only addressed after 2 years, after countless complaints. The deposit delivery was anything but professional. Rent increased annually. Apartments look very nice on the outside, but everything is cheap. Price-performance does not match.

The people who write good reviews are those who have just moved in and have 0 experience I left the house 1 year ago and have not yet recovered from the rip off! bail gone, and i now have a child too
